Have you ever had a conversation with a guy who’s eyes are shifty? What does that say about a man when, in the course of normal conversation, they stare past you, look at the ground, or gaze into space? It says they’re insecure, have something to hide, or are bored by your presence.
Gentlemen, make eye contact – always. Are you insecure? Yes, we all are to some degree. Suck it up. Do you have something to hide? Probably. However, nobody cares that you smoked pot in sixth grade with Justin Bingham and lied to your D.A.R.E. class about it. Are you bored easily? Of course you are, every man has A.D.D. – it’s part of our D.N.A. You’ve got to get over it and focus.
The benefits of making eye contact are gigantic. People will take you seriously, you will be heard when you speak, you will get what you want more often, and maybe (this is a big maybe) you might even get a lady friend.
